Ingredients
Steps
-
Dice the ginger and garlic, and chop the garlic sprouts into thin sections. Because the ginger, garlic and minced meat are also used in other dishes, it seems a bit too much. In actual use, you don’t need so much.
-
Chop the pork into mince, add minced ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and cornstarch and marinate for a few minutes
-
Cut soft tofu into small pieces
-
Bring the water to a boil, pour in the tofu and cook for 1 to 2 minutes to remove the beany smell.
-
Pick it up and set aside. The materials are all ready.
-
Put oil in the pot, heat it up, add ginger, garlic, and garlic sprouts, stir-fry until fragrant, add a small spoonful of Pixian bean paste, and stir-fry until red oil comes out. (If you like spicy food, you can add chili powder, I didn’t add it because I’m taking care of my daughter)
-
Add minced meat and stir-fry until white
-
Add salt, chicken essence and water and bring to a boil over high heat. (Because the previous pot was not easy to use, I changed the mouth. Please don’t mind😅)
-
Pour in the tofu, don't stir it too often, but be careful not to stick to the bottom of the pan. Add pepper powder and light soy sauce, taste the soup, add salt if there is not enough salt, and mix evenly.
-
Cornstarch thickening
-
After thickening, reduce the juice over high heat, add half of the garlic sprouts and saute until fragrant.
-
Remove from the pot and put on a plate, and sprinkle the pepper powder evenly on the surface again. Garnish with remaining garlic sprouts.
