Fried crispy lotus root
Overview
This dish has been in my favorites for a long time, and I finally pulled it out today~ It’s simple and easy to make~ It’s really a good dish to go with wine~

Soak lotus root slices for 5 minutes

Drain the lotus root slices

Put 80% hot oil in a pan over medium heat and fry slowly until golden brown

Remove from the pan and drain the oil

Add seasoning and mix well

Used as a snack for children, the taste is no worse than potato chips bought outside

It’s also a good side dish to go with wine
