Broccoli for one person, one red and green pepper, wash and set aside

Carrot slices

Green and red peppers cut into chunks

Half a chicken, wash and cut into pieces, boil water in a pot with green onions, put in chicken pieces and filter out the blood, remove and drain the water, put oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken pieces

After adding each sauce in turn, add broccoli and carrots and stir-fry. Watch the heat so the broccoli doesn't burn too much. Remove from pot and plate

Pour the cooked rice into a bowl, then invert the bowl onto a plate and garnish with a little black sesame seeds.
