  1. Prepare materials

  2. After cleaning the steak, pat it gently with the back of the knife several times

  3. Add salt, black pepper, cooking wine, ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, mix well and marinate for half an hour

  4. Pour oil into the pan and fry over medium-low heat for fifteen minutes. I don't like to eat steak that's too rare. If it's medium-rare, just fry it for seven minutes.

  5. Put the chopped broccoli and carrots into the pot and cook, add appropriate amount of salt.

  6. The finished product can be plated however you like.
