Corn Dumplings
Overview
These dumplings are very similar to those made by Bald Man, and another advantage of making them yourself is that you can put as much meat as you want, and each one will be plump!!!

The dumpling wrappers are bought at the market

Grate the carrots into shreds and soak them in some salt. When they are soft, wash them and drain them. This will make it easier to wrap

Cut the corn into kernels and wash

Put the meat filling together, add oil, oyster sauce, salt and chicken essence

Mix well

After wrapping, you can steam it in a pot. If you can’t eat so much at one time, you can put it in the refrigerator to freeze quickly. After freezing, put it in a plastic bag and eat it in three to five days.
