Squid and cabbage
Overview
Now I buy green leafy vegetables and eat them separately from the stems and leaves, which feels very good. Buy Chinese cabbage at home, boil the leaves in soup, wash and blanch the stems, and use them to stir-fry with squid. A very delicious dish.

Wash the stems of Chinese cabbage, blanch them in a pot, remove and drain

Peel, devein and wash the squid

Cut the cabbage into strips and cut the squid into strips

Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the squid and stir-fry

Add cooking wine and stir-fry

Stir-fried Chinese cabbage

Add sugar and fry

Add salt and fry
-
If necessary, pour a little water starch and stir-fry

When the starch is cooked, turn off the heat and serve.
