Roast fungus with tofu
Overview
Braised fungus with tofu is a vegetarian and meat dish. Using the braised cooking method, the good tofu is cooked to a very delicious taste, and paired with the very good black fungus, ordinary ingredients create a healthy home-cooked delicacy.

Soak the fungus in cold water in advance

Wash the tofu, soak the fungus and drain the water

Cut the tofu into pieces and tear the fungus into small florets

Use salt, soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and appropriate amount of water to make a bowl of juice

Heat up the oil pan and fry the tofu

Fry one side until golden brown, then fry the other side. After frying, take it out and set aside
