Put the silkworm chrysalis into a pot of cold water and cook over medium heat for about ten minutes after the water boils.

Remove the silkworm chrysalis and cool it.

Cut the large end of the cooled silkworm chrysalis, pick out the internal organs, and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pot. When the oil is smeared and dispersed, add the silkworm chrysalis and fry over medium heat.

When the silkworm chrysalis meat turns orange-yellow, remove and drain the oil.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add the prepared minced garlic and carrot slices and stir-fry.
