Wash and slice the pork belly, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, minced ginger and garlic and marinate for 2 hours.

Marinate the pork belly with steamed pork powder on both sides.

All the sticky pork belly is dried in the sun for three days (remember to turn it half way through).

The dried salted rice flour steamed pork is ready to be steamed in a pot.
