Lily cake
Overview
Lily - purity, solemnity, smooth career! It has the meaning of a happy marriage for a hundred years and the meaning of deep blessing. The language of flowers: success, wishes come true, blessings, nobility, purity. I also like lilies very much. I have bought the mold for a long time and I have been too lazy to use it. Taking advantage of the fact that it is raining today and it is someone’s birthday cake, I will practice slowly at home. I used a six-inch chiffon cake, so I couldn't put a few lilies in it. I wanted to use blue lilies at first, but when I saw the pink lilies, I really liked them. I didn't care, so I just put the color I like. I wish someone a happy birthday!

Ingredients
Steps
-
After softening the butter at room temperature, add the sugar.
-
Use an electric mixer to beat until the sugar melts.
-
Add cream cheese.
-
Continue beating with a whisk until smooth.
-
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice. Continue to stir until smooth. (The buttercream stirred with an electric whisk will have air in it. You can stir it with a spatula. The buttercream will be smoother, more delicate and shiny. You can use it for decoration at this time.)
-
Take a portion of the buttercream, add a drop of yellow coloring, mix well, and put it into a piping bag. Do the same with pink coloring.
-
Three different colors of buttercream have been put into piping bags. (Actually I used two colors.)
-
Cut the tinfoil into small pieces and use a set of lily receptacles to press out the shape.
-
Take out half of the lily receptacle.
-
Use a leaf nozzle to squeeze out one piece of flower in the tray and then squeeze out the second one according to the clock, until 6 pieces are squeezed into one flower. Then use the yellow butter cream round nozzle to squeeze out the flower core and put it in the refrigerator to freeze. When you come out, carefully remove the tin foil and decorate it.
-
The tin foil has been removed, placed in a crisper and refrigerated for later use.
-
Peel and dice a mango.
-
Add sugar to the light cream and beat until smooth.
-
Cut the cake into three slices.
-
Take a slice of cake.
-
Add the cream and smooth the cream.
-
Add diced mango.
-
Continue smoothing.
-
Cover with cake slices, add cream, and continue to spread the diced mango.
-
Cover with the last cake slice and smooth it all over.
-
Use a toothpick to draw lines, then use buttercream to draw a circle based on the toothpick.
-
Put the lilies on top.
-
Just decorate as you like.
