Overview
The spicy crayfish I had for lunch was delicious, but it was a pity that I didn’t have enough. . I happened to make soy milk with a breaker in the morning, so I used fermented dough to make crayfish bread, O(∩_∩)O hahaha~

The soy milk I use to grind the wall-breaking machine does not have bean dregs, so the soy milk is more delicate and mellow, and needs to be diluted with water

After fermentation has doubled in size, take it out and knead to remove air bubbles, then let the dough sit for 20 minutes
