In Jiangsu, if you want to eat fresh lychees, you have to go back to Guangxi. But now it is different. With online sales, you can have them delivered to your home. It is often said by adults that one lychee can be cooked three times a day, and roasting it with duck meat will match its fire. If you like the salty and sweet taste, you can try it. It would be best if the duck meat is domestically raised young duck, but I only bought frozen duck legs, which didn’t have the taste of my mother’s, but it was still good.

Prepare ingredients. Chop duck leg meat into pieces.

Peel lychees.

Prepare ginger and onion.

Pour water into the pot, add ginger and green onion and bring to a boil, then add duck cubes and blanch.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and green onions until fragrant, add duck pieces and stir-fry.

Add boiling water, light soy sauce, and rock sugar and bring to a boil. You can add a little dark soy sauce or oyster sauce to adjust the color.
