Pour flour into a large bowl.

Add milk and mix well.

Beat in an egg and mix well.

Melt the butter in the microwave, add to the batter and stir evenly.

Peel the banana and cut into slices.

Pour oil into a non-stick pan, turn to low heat when hot, pour in batter and turn the pan.

Quickly add banana slices.

Fry until both sides are golden brown.
