Some of the raw materials are not photographed. Soak the pork liver in cold water and cooking wine for a few hours in advance

Cut the pickled pepper into thin strips (wear plastic gloves when cutting, otherwise your hands will hurt)

Rinse the pork liver repeatedly, slice it into slices, and marinate it with a little salt and peppercorn oil

Put oil in a pot and sauté minced onion, ginger and garlic

Pour in the pickled pepper and stir-fry, stir-fry a few more times, or it will be less spicy

Scoop out the chili peppers and set aside, leaving the oil in the pot

Add pork liver and stir-fry quickly until cooked

Pour in the fried pickled peppers and stir-fry

Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry
