Sift the flour, baking powder and icing sugar together with the softened butter at room temperature and mix it evenly with your hands until fully combined

Add egg mixture and mix

Add milk and mix to form a dough, do not knead too much

Roll out into a round cake with a thickness of about 1.5 cm, cut into triangles

Leave a gap between each piece. Because baking powder is added, the volume will become larger after baking. Brush the surface with egg wash and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
