Crystal Carrot Roll
Overview
Cut the white radish into very thin slices, marinate it with salt for a minute to get the spicy flavor of the radish, then boil it in water until it is transparent. The radish slices will be as white and translucent as crystal. Wrap in the transformed meat filling and steam it with the seam side down. Then use the original soup juice to make a glass gravy and pour it on the steamed crystal radish roll. Prepare raw materials;
