Blanch the big bones in a pot

Stew in pressure cooker

Slice the sauerkraut and cut into thin strips

Wash the sauerkraut and set aside. Chop green onion and ginger slices

Add oil to the wok, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant

Enter the big bone

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry until colored

Add water to cover the big bones

After the water boils, add sauerkraut, throw in a star anise, and stew for 20 minutes. If you like vermicelli, you can add some soaked vermicelli
