Lettuce Soy Pot Noodles
Overview
In our family, we usually put lettuce on bread or other side dishes, but my husband likes to make it into hotpot noodle soup, saying that its taste is very unique.

Wash the lettuce and soak the fungus.

Slice onions, garlic, and shred lettuce.
