Overview
The first time I made this dish, I saw it when I was learning from prawns on a food website. Most of them use the method of frying oil first, but eggplant absorbs oil very much, and I don’t like greasy dishes, so I made my own choice and used the most common cooking method. Wash the eggplant, peel and wash the garlic.
