Stir-fried cabbage with sliced meat
Overview
Stir-fried pork slices with cabbage is a simple side dish. It contains both meat and vegetables. It’s a little spicy but so good to wake up your stomach!

Cut the cabbage, parsley and carrot into strips, marinate the meat slices with salt, sugar and chicken powder for 15 minutes, mince the chili pepper and garlic

Heat a pan, sauté the meat slices with oil, and set aside for later use

Add some oil to the original pot and sauté the chili pepper and garlic until fragrant

Stir-fry the cabbage evenly

Add all seasonings and stir-fry until flavourful

Add the parsley segments and stir-fry for a while

Add the meat slices and fry until thoroughly cooked

Finally add shredded carrots and stir-fry briefly, turn off the heat and serve on a plate
