Cut the cooked tripe into thin strips. (For how to cook tripe, see Spicy Tripe Casserole)

Cut various side dishes into delicious shreds or segments.

Heat the wok and pour oil. First add the pickled pepper, red pepper and green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add kimchi and shredded tripe and stir-fry.

Finally, pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
