Fancy Blueberry Jam Bread
Overview
During the blueberry season, I made my own blueberry jam. Thinking of caterpillar bread, I immediately started making fancy blueberry jam bread. It looked appetizing, and the children especially liked it.

Pour the milk, egg liquid, sugar, and salt into the bread barrel, then add the high-gluten flour, start a dough kneading process, cover the bread barrel with a clean wet cloth, then close the lid of the bread machine and let it rest for 2 hours. Add butter and yeast, then start a dough mixing program and choose to ferment for 50 minutes

Take out the fermented dough and deflate it

Divide the dough into 6 evenly sized pieces, then cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 15 minutes

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a pancake

Spread blueberry jam

Cut evenly on both sides with a diagonal knife, wrap one side with blueberry jam

When done, put it into the baking pan and put it into the oven for the second time at 45 degrees for 40 minutes

Take it out and brush it with egg wash, preheat the oven, put it in the oven, and heat it up and down at 160 degrees for 20 minutes

The oven is small, so bake it twice!
