Microwave Garlic Chicken
Overview
Sometimes when there is meat but no side dishes, just improvise. I was planning on frying it, but I didn't want to wash the pot, so I microwaved it. As a result, both the elderly and the baby were quite satisfied.

Whole chicken wings, minced garlic

Chop chicken wings into small pieces

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, five-spice powder and starch and marinate for 20 minutes

Flatten the site

Put in the microwave, press grill button, select 200 degrees, start, don’t worry about time

Microwave for four or five minutes, take it out and stir for another four or five minutes, take it out and add minced garlic

Then add cooked sesame seeds and mix well

Continue to microwave for another minute or two and it will be done. It will take a total of eleven minutes
