Orange cod
Overview
Silver cod is low in fat, high in protein and has few spines. It is a nutritious food suitable for all ages. Cod has the advantages of high nutrition, low cholesterol, and easy to be absorbed by the body. It is what my daughter likes to eat! I used orange juice to make the sauce today!
