Oil-free whole wheat cocoa toast
Overview
It is a bread specially made for my mother, oil-free and low in sugar. Ever since I learned how to bake, my mother won’t eat any bread bought from outside. My mother has cardiovascular problems and has always advocated low-oil, low-fat and low-sugar diets, and eating whole grains regularly is also good for health. I think pure whole-wheat bread is a bit monotonous, so I added some skim cocoa powder, which tastes like a light cocoa flavor and tastes good, especially suitable for the elderly.
