  5. When the dough has doubled in size and you can see a fine honeycomb shape when you pull it apart, you can take it out and knead it to deflate the dough.

  6. After the dough is deflated, first knead the yellow dough into a long strip, then roll the green dough into thin sheets, then wrap it around the yellow dough and roll it into a long strip.
