Ice cream potted plant

Overview

If you change the way you eat ice cream and use it as a fresh potted plant, you will be in a great mood. Milk: 200g, 200g whipping cream, 80g sugar, 2 egg yolks Oreo cookies: 200g, 150g blueberry jam

Steps

1. 1 Freeze the ice cream tub 24 hours in advance. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until smooth.

   

2. 2 Add milk gradually. Mix well before adding next time.

   

3. 3 Put in the pot, stir and heat over low heat until it boils slightly and the egg yolks are cooked.

   

4. 4 Add jam and mix well and set aside.

   

5. 5 Beat the light cream until 60% fluffy.

   

6. 6 Add the jam custard mixture mixed in step 4. Mix well and refrigerate for 4 hours.

   

7. 7 Install the ice cream bucket in the bread machine. Pour in the chilled ice cream liquid. Start the bread machine IMIX program.

   

8. 8 Remove the heart from the Oreo cookies and crush them.

   

9. 9 Fill a bowl with soft-serve ice cream.

   

10. 10 Add chopped Oreos, insert a straw, add mint and it's ready.
