Shredded pork with chives
Overview
The tender shredded pork, paired with chives, is very delicious.

Shred the meat.

Add a little salt and starch.

Grasp evenly.

Add a few drops of cooking oil and continue to mix.

Wash the leeks, drain and cut.

Heat oil in hot pan.

Add the shredded pork and keep the heat low.

Leave it in place for about five seconds and then slide it off quickly.

On medium to low heat, slide away again.

Fry until the shredded meat changes color, quickly remove and set aside.

Use the bottom oil in the pot and add the chives.

Over medium heat, stir-fry until the leeks turn brown and soften.

Add the shredded pork again.

Stir-fry evenly, pour in a little braised soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

The meat is silky and tender, and the chives are yellow and delicious.
