Wash two pieces of Spanish mackerel and pickle them with vinegar and ginger slices

Chop the onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry them

Hot pan with cold oil

Add the pork belly, garlic slices and ginger slices

Stir-fry until fragrant and add the marinated mackerel

Wait until both sides are browned and pour some vinegar along the edge of the pot
