Crispy Scallion Pancake
Overview
Use self-raising flour to make pasta. You don’t need to wait for the dough to ferment completely. You only need to bake it for about 30 minutes. Mix it with warm water to form a softer dough, add some scallion oil and bake it into a pancake. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is very delicious.

Weigh out 200 grams of self-raising wheat flour
