  1. Wash the shrimps, open their backs and remove the mud lines, and cut off the shrimp whiskers. If feeding it to children, it is recommended to remove the head.

  2. Put the shrimp into a container, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.

  3. Mix soy sauce, vinegar and sugar with half a bowl of water and set aside.

  4. Add base oil to the pot, heat it up and add the prawns, fry until they turn red on both sides, remove and set aside.
