The fresh and tender leeks in spring are delicious with anything. Today I will stir-fry half-fat and lean pork shreds, which is a perfect combination of meat and vegetables.

  1. Wash the leeks and cut the pork into strips.

  3. Put the pork in a hot pan and stir-fry over low heat to remove the fat.

  5. Then add some sugar and soy sauce and fry for a while.
