Stir-fried shredded pork with leeks
Overview
The fresh and tender leeks in spring are delicious with anything. Today I will stir-fry half-fat and lean pork shreds, which is a perfect combination of meat and vegetables.

Wash the leeks and cut the pork into strips.

Cut the leeks into long sections and mince some garlic.

Put the pork in a hot pan and stir-fry over low heat to remove the fat.

As shown in the picture, stir-fry until the meat turns brown, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add some sugar and soy sauce and fry for a while.

Fry until the fat comes out and is very fragrant as shown in the picture.

Stir-fry the leeks for a minute or two and they will be cooked.
