Bacon and Shrimp Pizza
Overview
The pizza powder in the Changdi New Year gift box was used to make a big pizza for lunch today. The bacon and shrimp pizza was delicious!

First put the liquid into the bread bucket, then add the milk and salad oil, then add salt, sugar and butter

Then add pizza flour and yeast and start the dough mixing process

Knead the dough until it is smooth and a thin film appears. Shape it into a round shape and wrap it in plastic wrap to rest for 20 minutes

Roll out the rested dough and shape the edges of the pizza

Place the dough into a baking pan. I used a large baking pan for the air fryer

Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size. I cover it with a damp cloth and put it in the oven to ferment at low temperature for 40 minutes

Poke a small hole in the center of the fermented dough

Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, then take out and brush with tomato sauce

Then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese and add shredded onions, mushroom slices, and green beans

Then add bacon slices and shrimps marinated in salt and cooking wine

Finally, sprinkle with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and pizza grass

Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes
