Lime Madeleines
Overview
I remember one time we went to Starbucks to drink coffee. We happened to be very hungry, so we bought a few madeleines to enjoy with the coffee. But after taking a bite, it was almost too sweet and salty to swallow. At that time, I thought, I want to learn this too. After returning home, I immediately bought Madeleine non-stick online. The mold, there is Madeleine's recipe on the package, I analyzed it carefully, my God, the amount of sugar was surprisingly high, so I boldly cut off 2/3 of the sugar, and then combined the recipes online, this is how the current version came out. I can't say it is very reasonable or excellent, but it does feel good.
