A pack of spring roll wrappers. I bought this one on Taobao. It’s better than making it yourself

Soak the mushrooms in warm water half an hour in advance, add an appropriate amount of meat filling, two eggs, and an appropriate amount of leeks

Wash and dry the leeks, cut into small pieces and put into a large bowl for later use

Squeeze out the water from the soaked mushrooms and chop them into small pieces. Heat oil in a pot and fry the mushrooms until cooked. Dish them out and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs until cooked, then put them on the cutting board and chop them

Put the mushrooms, eggs, and meat stuffing into a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken powder, and a tablespoon of peanut oil and mix well

Arrange the spring roll wrappers as shown in the picture, then put appropriate amount of ingredients on top
