Overview
The soybean oil skin is so delicious. I have been carrying it with me for the past two days and eating it in various ways. Today I will have a meat roll, and tomorrow I will have a braised pork roll.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Only one piece of soybean oil skin was used. Soak the soybean oil skin in warm water at 40 degrees for 8 minutes. After soaking, drain the water and set aside
-
Lean minced meat, minced carrots and green onions
-
Put the mashed meat, carrots and shallots into a bowl, beat an egg white, add appropriate amount of sesame oil, salt and pepper and mix well
-
Cut the soybean oil skin into appropriate size cubes and spread the prepared filling evenly on the bean oil skin. (I used a knife to smooth it. I wonder if you guys have any other good ways to smooth and compact the filling)
-
Grind the meat filling and roll up the soybean oil skin to prepare for steaming.
-
Put water in the steamer, put the roll number of fresh meat rolls with soybean oil skin, I steamed about 3 people, put 500ML water in the steamer, and steamed for 10 minutes.
-
Once steamed and not too hot, you can slice it and place it on the plate

It’s the first time I’ve made this dish, and it’s pretty successful. I’ll try it again next time I’m hosting a dinner party, hahahahahahaha
