Stir-fried squid tentacles with leeks

Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces

Wash the squid tentacles and remove the saw teeth in the suction cups (I used the leftover parts from making squid rings and some strips cut from squid boards)

Pour into hot water of 70 or 80 degrees Celsius and blanch them quickly. Pay attention to the heat and don’t overcook it

Take it out, drain and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic slices

Add the leeks and stir-fry for a few times
-
Pour in the squid tentacles, add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir-fry quickly

After stir-frying, sprinkle a little cumin powder

Ready to serve
