Green onion and walnut cake
Overview
I usually like to eat salty snacks. I saw someone else’s scallion-flavored biscuits a while ago, so I slightly changed the original recipe, reduced the amount of sugar, and added walnut kernels. Although the appearance is a bit different, the texture is crispy and the scallion flavor is rich. It is my favorite taste, absolutely delicious

Prepare materials

Mix flour, baking powder and salt evenly

Stir scallion oil, eggs and sugar evenly

Sift the flour into the egg liquid, then add onions and walnuts

Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Take out and divide into small balls

Place into baking pan and flatten with thumb

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, take out and let cool
