Banana Muffins
Overview
This is a snack made for my breastfeeding wife. Breastfeeding women eat much more than before giving birth. In addition to three meals a day, they need to supplement their food intake. The dim sum sold outside always tastes unsafe, so I decided to make it myself, at least I can feel more at ease when eating it.

Put eggs, salad oil, and powdered sugar together in a container.

Cut the banana into small pieces.

Put into cake liquid.

Pour cake liquid into 2/3 of the paper cup.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place in the middle layer of the baking pan and bake at 170 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
