Cut all the ingredients and soak the bamboo fungus.

Add water to the pot, add a little salt and ginger and bring to a boil

Put the pig bones in and blanch them, remove the foam

Remove the bones and don’t throw away the soup! I’ll use it as stock later, it’s very delicious

Heat a pan with a little oil, add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant

Put the mushrooms (except the bamboo fungus) and carrots into the pot, add a little salt and sugar, cooking wine
-
Then put the bones in to extract the fragrance

Pour in the stock and bring to a boil

Pour into the casserole, add bamboo fungus and simmer for one and a half hours

Take out and serve on a plate
