Wash the crispy bone meat and cut into small pieces. Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into small pieces.

Boil it in a pot and wash it.

Put the washed crispy bone meat into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add 1 spoon of soy sauce, sugar, green onion slices, ginger slices, star anise, and cook over medium heat.

Cook until the crispy bones and meat are about 80% cooked, add lotus root cubes and continue simmering.
