Warm the oatmeal and add some baking powder. Oatmeal should be thicker. If you don’t have enough oats, you can add an appropriate amount of instant oatmeal.

Knead with water into a medium-soft dough. Natural fermentation.

Take a small amount and knead it into small buns.

Knead the steamed buns for more than 20 minutes. It's cold today, so I've been having a good time. Add cold water and steam over medium heat for 25 minutes.

The cooked oatmeal buns are white and soft, and you can still see the grains of oats.
