First cut the fish into pieces, add seasonings and marinate for a while. I added a little soy sauce according to my own taste.

Prepare the vegetables to be served. You can see the picture on how to cut them. You can put whatever vegetables you like. I put tofu skin.

Heat the oil, add the fish ingredients and ginger, stir-fry and it's almost done. Pour in cold water, put the fish into the pot, put the vegetables on top of the fish and cook over low heat for five minutes, then stir-fry.

Finally, take it out and add cilantro or chopped green onion according to your preference, and you will have a delicious spicy fish.
