Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: lean meat cubes, crushed shrimps and marinate them with a small amount of cooking wine, one egg
-
Make the filling: Mix the marinated pork belly and lean meat together, add a little grated ginger, add chicken essence, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and a small amount of egg liquid and mix well.
-
Take a piece of wonton skin, wet it with egg liquid around it, scoop out a little meat filling, and fold it into a triangle first
-
Flip the triangle in Figure 3 180 degrees, then fold the corners on both sides to make the wontons into a Yuanbao shape. If you don’t know how, you can search for videos to see how to shape the wontons
-
Heat the oil over medium-low heat (to see if the oil is hot enough, you can tear off a piece of wonton skin and throw it down. If the skin floats immediately, the oil is warm enough), put the prepared wontons into the oil pan, and then stir them constantly with chopsticks to make them evenly colored
-
Remove the fried wontons and drain them first
-
Put all the fried wontons into the oil pan and fry them again to make the skin crispier.
-
The second-fried wontons are even more golden in color and very delicious, and the shrimp inside still feels like springs
