Add milk to sugar and stir until the sugar is basically dissolved

Add flour and yeast on top of the flour

Use chopsticks to stir into cotton wool

Remove the chopsticks and knead the dough with your hands into a smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Take out the fermented dough and knead it into a smooth dough

Roll into long strips and cut out dough of similar size

Take a piece of dough, roll it into a ball and flatten it

Put brown sugar in a small bowl and add one-third of the brown sugar and dry flour

Stir thoroughly

Wrap in a spoonful of brown sugar

Wrap the brown sugar like a steamed bun and pinch tightly.

With the seam facing down, shape into a round bun

Place in a steamer with some space between buns.

Cover and ferment at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then steam in a steamer over high heat for 12-15 minutes. The time depends on the size of the steamed buns. Turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
