Preparation: fresh pig tail, keel.

Blanch the pig tail, keel, cooking wine and ginger for 8 minutes, take them out and clean them.

Rinse the Yuanqi soup packet (put the wolfberry seeds separately).

Put all ingredients into a casserole and add appropriate amount of purified water.

Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for ten minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer for one hour.
