Cold noodles

Overview

I don’t want to order takeout at noon, so I just want to have some noodles. But the company doesn’t have a microwave, so I’ll just have cold noodles and they won’t be lumpy

Steps

1. 1 To cook noodles, use super cold boiled water (tap water doesn’t feel particularly good)

   

2. 2 Cut the carrots into shreds, blanch them in cold boiling water (same as noodles hahaha)

   

3. 3 Then pick them all up, add the sauce according to personal taste, and mix
