Prepare the ingredients, bitter melon and tempeh, and 1 bitter melon, wash and set aside.

Cut the bitter melon into thin slices and set aside, as shown in the picture

Remove the seeds from the bitter gourd, boil the water and pour it over to cook. Add some salt and peanut oil, cook for about 3 minutes, turn off the heat, then fish it out and set aside.

While cooking, take advantage of the time to prepare the ingredients. Cut some garlic, green and red peppers, and tempeh and set aside.

Pour the bitter melon into hot water and drain the water, as shown in the picture.
