Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough.

Cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Take out the dough and knead it vigorously until it is deflated. Divide it into even equal parts. Take one of the small pieces of dough and knead it vigorously. Add a little dry flour during the kneading process and keep kneading the dough until it is smooth.

Put it into the pot and continue to ferment until it doubles in size. Bring to a boil over medium heat, steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
