Almond and sesame glutinous rice balls
Overview
I especially love the white sweet almonds, no matter how they are cooked. It’s the Lantern Festival now, so of course the almond filling is indispensable in my family’s Lantern Festival stuffing.

Pour boiling water into the glutinous rice flour and stir while pouring. Then knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour

Take 1/3 of the dough, add red yeast rice powder, and knead it into a pink dough

Stir-fried mixed sesame seeds

Crush white almonds directly

Crush the sesame seeds, pour them into a container with the chopped almonds, rock sugar powder, butter and honey, and knead them thoroughly

Form into balls.

Take an appropriate amount of dough and wrap it with fillings
